In order to achieve our missions of fostering creativity and openness we need a diverse team. Our strengths as a company come from coming together as one while embracing our diverse identities and cultures.


Socially Engaged & Community Based.

Building a strong community takes time and a commitment to keeping our dollars local. We continue to cultivate relationships with NYS farmers who provide our seasonal ingredients. We also work with a variety of chefs and restaurants from Buffalo to NYC to make their visions come true by providing a highly artistic or seasonal frozen delight through collaboration. We continue to foster our relationships with our local chapter of Teen Empowerment as well as learn from the original keepers of this land: The Haudenosaunee at the Ganondagan State Historic Site.

The Lab is founded in the spirit of food/beverage exploration, testing and teaching. It is opening for public use and booking in the spring of 2021. We are here to help you test your ideas, hone your business skills and build the next great company.
